Encumbrance Certificate
Procedure for Obtaining Encumbrance Certificate
- Applicant can view their EC online by logging into the Online EC Portal
- After filling up the required details such as Period of search,Revenue Village,Ward,Block and Survey No(either TS/RS/Cadastre No.) the transaction details will be displayed
- In order to get the official EC Certificate, applicant should select "Apply for Official Copy" and fill the details
- After entering the details the applicant should Pay the respective fess through online
- After payment, the applicaton will be forwarded to the concerned Section officer and Sub-registrar
- Once the Sub-registrar verifies and approves, the final EC Certificate can be downloaded from the applicant portal
